November 2, 2010 General Election Last day to register to vote for November 2, 2010 General Election is October 4, 2010 Public Accuracy test for the November 2, 2010 General Election on October 26, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. October 30 until 2:00 p.m. Last day to submit an application for an absentee ballot November 1 until 4:00 p.m. Electors may vote absentee in person at the township hall. Voting at the Arbela Township Hall/ Polls open 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
